The Settlements & Custody Manager will be responsible for managing and executing settlement operations for our crypto exchange and OTC desk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial settlements, reconciliation processes, particularly within the cryptocurrency space, and experience with digital asset custody solutions. Key Responsibilities: Settlement Operations: Execute daily settlement processes for crypto and fiat transactions. Perform daily reconciliations of transactions between internal systems, blockchain records, and external counterparties. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
