As a Retention Team Manager at NAGA, you'll be operating in one of the hottest industries. You'll be working with our expert teams using state-of-the-art technologies and methods. Location: Bucharest
What you'll be actively doing:
- Control the team who is responsible to contact existing clients to offer information and assistance regarding the Company’s products, campaigns, and services.
- Monitor team activity to ensure they respect the company guidelines and regulation.
- Complete staff operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees; follows up on work results.
- Maintain the recruited personnel at a national level by selecting, orientating, and training the employees.
- Maintain work results to national standards by coaching employees, planning, monitoring, and evaluating.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing suitable results.
- Maintain the communication with the support department to easy the flows and improve the processes.
- Help Marketing to build future promotion strategies and give feedback for improvement and optimization purposes.
- Plan and conduct the teams in inhouse or outhouse events (webinars, seminars, expos, etc.
- Drive the team to reach their KPI and overpass them.
Here’s how you get us excited:
- Have a University / College degree in Business, Marketing, Computer related field or equivalent/ Highschool diploma.
- Must have an experience as a Team Manager for at least 2 years and have worked with a team.
- Be a native or near native English speaker.
- Be dynamic, innovative and self-motivated with strong communication skills.
- Have good presentation, organizational and time management skills.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have advanced computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
