Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Sr. Scrum Master whose main responsibility is to lead software development projects in digital communications platforms. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
Directs Associate level Scrum Masters; leads setting up of “best practices” to exemplify the values and principles of Agile and Scrum
Mentors the project Scrum team to exemplify the values and principles of Agile and Scrum with coaching provided by the Professional Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineers
Facilitates Agile processes including: sprint iteration planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint demo and retrospectives and release planning
Ensures successful completion of assigned projects and programs through effective facilitation and leadership
Ensures user stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and all related documentation are timely and complete, supporting development, testing, and user acceptance activities
Support risk and issue identification, and mitigation activities with the agile team including raising those in a proactive and professional fashion, when appropriate
Facilitates periodic Reviews and Retrospectives by tracking report status through consistent, standardized dashboards and metric reporting
Improve transparency and visibility across the Broadridge organization within and outside of the team
Build a safe and trusting environment where conflicts can be managed effectively and professionally
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
5-8 years of Scrum Master Experience with a Software Development team
5+ years of project management experience in the financial services or technology industry
5+ years experience managing multiple/combined complex projects in a successful program
Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques – Automated Testing, Agile Central, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, Pairing, Agile Games, etc.
Scrum Alliance CSM (required) CSP certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)

Salary range $100,000 -$130,000 Bonus Eligible.
