Country Manager

Job Description:

1. Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly

2. Coordinate with local teams to implement effective marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and user growth

3. Recruiting, vetting, and managing all staff

4. Improve product and service offerings in the local market

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

2. Minimum 5 years of marketing, growth or related field working experience

3. Familiar with crypto industry and local policies

4. Good people management skills

5. Prove experience in business growth in the local market

6. Proficiency in English

7. Crypto exchange-related working experience is plus
