The Role: The ION Markets Sales and Account management team is a global group of experienced Sales, Account Management, pre-sales, and Sales Operations professionals who collaborate closely with all areas of the organization, in a team-selling environment. Sales and Account managers are responsible for: 1. Retention of our customer base, building trusted relationships that drive customer success, enable upsell opportunities, and cultivate satisfied clients to develop long term collaboration 2. Expand allocated account portfolio through cross selling into existing clients or onboard new logo to the organization. Main responsibility is to achieve the annual allocated budget and to act as a primary point of contact on all account matters for a portfolio of ION Markets customers.
