This pivotal role is responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding experience and fostering strong, ongoing client relationships for Nasdaq eVestment’s data-driven solutions. This role acts as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through initial implementation, training, and continued value realization, while collaborating with internal teams to optimize client engagement, retention, and satisfaction. The role involves serving private markets, asset managers and asset owners.
