We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Trading Assistant – Trade Booking & Onboarding to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in trade support, trading desk assistant, middle office, or onboarding functions within financial markets. You will work closely with traders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate trade booking, smooth client onboarding, and effective coordination across teams. Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, the ability to thrive under pressure and seek to continuously improve are essential to succeed in this role.
What You'll Do:
Perform counterpart block trade bookings in a timely manner; mainly listed commodities options, with some CME rates/index/FX trades too.
Work closely with commodities traders to understand Optiver’s trading workflows and ensure smooth post trade process with direct counterparts, including trade confirms and account settlement.
