Join the Client Services team as Client Services intern. The role is based in Milan. Key Responsibilities The resource will support the team on the following activities: Act as first point contact, support clients with day-to-day trading activities, resolving issues and configurations by phone, email or on-site as required. Raise cases to second level support and maintain client records.
