Overview of the Role We are looking for a mid-to-senior level professional to help lead strategy workstreams in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and selected Traditional Finance (TradFi) topics. The candidate should have experience managing people, and is expected to be familiar with the DeFi space. This role is based in Hong Kong or Singapore.   What You’ll Do Oversee strategy workstreams including (i) DeFi strategy, (ii) Yield product strategy, and (iii) strategy supporting our expansion into TradFi. Manage a team of 2-3 associates.
