About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 The Instructional Designer and Program Manager plays a pivotal role in executing the Commercial Readiness learning strategy, specifically focused on Sales Specialist and Account Manager onboarding across Market Intelligence. Reporting to the Commercial Readiness L&D Lead, this position is integral to the Revenue team by driving impactful learning experiences that encompasses the required skills for new employees to excel in the revenue organisation. This role will be responsible for designing sales skills, product knowledge & systems training learning paths.
