Position Summary We’re looking for a Customer Support (Workflow) to join our team supporting clients in Mainland China and Taiwan. In this role, you’ll provide expert support for LSEG’s suite of applications and products, ensuring a flawless and high-quality experience for our customers. Role Responsibilities You’ll be the go-to person for resolving customer issues, collaborating across teams, and continuously improving our service delivery. Your day-to-day will include: Providing responsive, high-quality support to customers in Mainland China and Taiwan. Logging and classifying all customer interactions accurately in our systems. Tracking issue resolution and proactively updating customers until closure. Bringing up sophisticated or widespread issues to the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.
