An exciting opportunity now exists for a self-motivated, ambitious individual to join as a Junior HR Analyst, for a 12-month contract. Reporting to the HR Data, Reporting and Risk Analyst, you will join a fun team consisting of Rewards, Global Mobility and HR Operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As part of our APAC People Team, you will be responsible for delivering data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across HR and the wider business. With a focus on people insights and data quality, you will help deliver the People data across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards that support decision-making across the HR function.
Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct ad-hoc analyses across the employee lifecycle to generate insights and drive data-informed business decisions
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and data efficiency
