Job Description: Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and other HR COEs, providing guidance on compensation best practices, offer reviews, pay adjustments, and job classification. Lead execution of core global compensation cycles including biannual promotions, annual merit increases, and short-term incentive plans. Design, benchmark, implement, and administer compensation programs, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
