Optiver's Enterprise Operations team empowers our people across the organization to work as efficiently as possible and to collaborate on an increasing number of global initiatives with minimal friction. You will partner closely with Enterprise, Trading, and Business teams to identify, implement, and manage the tools that enable our best work. You will also play a key role in global application migrations and in developing end-to-end solutions that support our ambitious business goals.
What you’ll do
Engage stakeholders : Serve as the primary contact for technical and non-technical stakeholders, identifying their needs and challenges to refine processes and improve user experience.
Manage application configuration : Coordinate change, incident, and problem management, while defining and promoting configuration best practices for Enterprise Technology applications.
