About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 This position is fully remote, and we welcome applications from qualified candidates located anywhere within the United States. As Counsel, Commercial Contracts you will: Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, technology and software licenses, master service agreements, SOWs, SaaS agreements, professional services agreements and a wide array of other vendor agreements Contribute to the negotiation of agreements with vendors and suppliers to achieve the optimal combination of service, cost, quality and risk mitigation Manage the standard procurement agreement process, from intake and drafting through negotiation and execution Conduct research on an as needed basis Work on s pecial projects on an as needed basis What we’re looking for:...
