Job Description: About the Team Our Legal team provides expert advice across all key practice areas relevant to a global media and information business, including commercial, privacy, employment, intellectual property, corporate governance, M&A, compliance, and media law. We work collaboratively across regions to support Dow Jones’s business and growth objectives. About the Role We are looking for a Legal Counsel – Commercial to join our London-based team. In this role, you’ll advise on a broad range of commercial and transactional matters, with a focus on Dow Jones’s B2B businesses across the UK and Europe. You’ll provide practical and timely legal support that enables business goals while managing risk.
