Role Responsibilities Providing a strong support to the technology and procurement contracting teams. Reviewing, drafting, revising and negotiating a wide range of complex technology agreements with vendors, partners and other third parties, in particular software and other intellectual property related licenses, SaaS, outsourcing, master agreements, term and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, and other agreements. Advising and responding on legal issues related to the collection, usage and licensing of data/software services from multiple sources, disputes, regulatory issues, technology, vendors, intellectual property, privacy and cybersecurity matters, data misuse, and consumer complaints.
