Role Profile The successful candidate will head the London Stock Exchange’s Representative Office in China and have an important role in fulfilling the Representative Office’s regulatory responsibility to key market participants and regulators in China. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Primary Markets for Asia Pacific and become a part of the London Stock Exchange’s Primary Markets team which is responsible for: Managing and supporting LSE’s compliance scheme, to ensure the full compliance of LSE Beijing Representative Office’s local activities in China; Liaising with local regulators, including but not limited to CSRC to fulfil the regulatory responsibilities for Chief Representative; Attracting companies from the China to list and trade on the London Stock Exchange markets through marketing promotion activities that are allowed by local regulators; Handling and supporting the community of c.1600 listed issuers on the LSE.
