As a Graduate Engineer, you will begin your career at Flow Traders with an extensive one-year training program. To start, you will learn everything you need to know about our core business, the different departments at Flow Traders and how technology plays a key role in improving our proprietary trading platform. The core of the program will involve collaborating with our Technology teams and your fellow graduate engineers on various projects, which cover multiple areas of our technology landscape. Throughout the program, you will receive continuous support from your dedicated mentor, not only in the field of technology, but also in your personal development.
What you will do:
Work on applications that support the core business of the company
Improve our proprietary trading platform by writing efficient and performant code, designing new and innovative solutions
Maintain existing systems with a focus on low latency and stability
