Role profile: Group Risk IT provides technology solutions for Group Risk, a centralised function which oversees all Clearing Services in LCH. It is composed of 3 sub teams - development, QA & Business Analysis. Our primary objective is to inspire confidence in market participants through providing efficient and effective clearing services and risk management. The ideal candidate will be diligent, tenacious and delivery focused with a track record of building high quality solutions that are resilient and maintainable. Group Risk IT is responsible several risk management applications, the primary one being a data warehouse and reporting solution used by Group Risk. In addition to the data warehouse, there are microservices that expose the data in a user interface and perform calculations. The risk management application is used to analyse and report risk exposures, compute capital requirements (KCCP), manage Internal Credit Scores (ICS), and monitor risk against policies....
