The Role: The goal of the Senior Business Consultant is to contribute to the success of ITS implementation projects by providing specific software and industry experience while ensuring customer satisfaction, contributing to best practices of the group and mentoring other team members.   Key Responsibilities: Serve as (Lead) Business Consultant on implementation projects on one or more functional areas. Assume hands-on project implementation duties in all phases of the ITS implementation, reporting to the Project Manager.
