The Role: The Asia Pacific Technical Support team provides technical support to equities and derivatives customers and forms part of ION Markets global support team. The team is responsible for technical investigation, keeping customers updated and reporting potential software defects to Development teams. Technical Support also takes the lead in service restoration in the event of software or hardware failures, capacity planning and Business Continuity testing of the Hosted environment.   Key Responsibilities Investigates incidents assigned to them. The Role We are hiring a conference producer to join the production team working on our highly regarded M&A, Fixed Income, private equity, and Infrastructure conferences that take place annually across EMEA and the US. The conference producer will be responsible for researching, writing, and producing numerous conferences across the region for the, Mergermarket, Inframation, AVCJ and Debtwire products with special focus on private equity. The individual will also lead the project and work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and internal support teams for each event to ensure all deliverables, deadlines and targets are being met. The candidate will be able to work well under pressure and have good attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in conference content production with knowledge of the market and industry viewed as favorable but not a necessity.
