Optiver is seeking an experienced and energetic tax professional with a passion for the financial markets to join its APAC Tax compliance team based in Sydney. The successful candidate will apply their strong technical skills in a dynamic and fast moving organisation to advise and enable the business to navigate through the complex APAC tax environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO:  Managing direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting obligations for Australian legal entities, including income tax, withholding tax and fringe benefits tax. Preparation and review of annual corporate income tax return for the Australian tax consolidated group, including calculations and disclosures for subsidiaries, permanent establishment and selected entities across the APAC region. Reviewing monthly tax provisions and annual tax note disclosures included in the financial statements.
