The Investment management Workflows Product Team is responsible for building out the research analyst and portfolio manager tools for Workspace, LSEG’s next generation workflow for financial professionals. What you'll be doing: Working with Business Analysts and Technology teams to add to, refine and prioritise backlogs of owned applications to build a good backlog health and well understood outcomes. Working with Frontline teams (Helpdesk, Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Consultants, Sales) to educate them on existing features and new releases.  Act as the subject matter expert on our applications and be a point of escalation and reference for client issues or problems.
