You will manage and deliver training to new hires and current staff based on customer-handling issues for their respective region. You will assist new hires and current staff with providing support on systems and processes in both sales and support teams. In addition, you will serve as a subject-matter expert on regional operations and run regular region-specific seminars. As well, you will serve as a bridge between the QA team and the support team.
You will:
Manage and run onboarding training on operational requirements for all new hires at Support, Sales, and Social Media, including system and tool usage.
